Arby's

Food and service were good, but the staff were REALLY LOUD!!!! Made it an unpleasant dining experience.

Food is great when they have it. Frequently out of stock on product. The hours on the door don't mean a thing to them, as the lobby is frequently locked during business hours. Hard to do business with a business you can't access during it's hours.

Service was fast and it was friendly today. The young man at the drive thru window was very polite. You can say that about many fast food places these day.

I stopped by for a roast beef sandwich and discovered their new menu! I ordered the mozzarella sticks, the Angus beef sandwich, and the children chicken sandwich with curly fries. I didnt forget the famous aujoir. All of the food was fresh, hot, and tasty! Also, I ordered a peach lemonade and child size strawberry lemonade. The drinks were delicious Keon was our cashier he and the staff had such positive as well as professional attitudes. My only concern was if the cups came in a bigger size...yes, I wanted more Kid-friendliness: They had a nice selection for them. The prices are reasonable.

My husband and I were in Jefferson City for a Doctor's appointment. We went through the drive thru, ordered Chicken Bacon Swiss meal and classic Chicken sandwich meal, both with curly fries and large drink. I made a point of asking for extra ketup as my husband uses a lot of ketup with his fries. We get our drinks and bag of food and head on down the hwy to Hwy 54. My husband starts taking our food out of the bag, absolutely no ketup or napkins. His chicken bacon sandwich was barely warm, the cheese was not melted at all. My chicken sandwich was like warm, I didn't finish the sandwich. I was going to call Arby's and let them know how fouled up our meal was, that's when I realized I wasn't given a receipt. I love Arby's, normally. This meal was a HUGE let down.
