Food is trash trust me

They have the meats. Great service in the drive thru. Always hot and accurate as ordered.

Food was Good & Hot as usual. There has only been once I've ordered something that wasn't in my bag & I've been plenty of times! Last time I Did an online order in the parking lot because they had a coupon for so much off my order if I ordered online. I have to say it was very fast and my food was done and like I said very good and hot. The employees aren't always as friendly, or really even seen them smile, but like I said at least my food was accurate. Very tasty! And hot and fresh!

The lady that worked night shift on 1/12/24 is very rude, and not only is she rude but she was eating food when I arrived at the window (clearly visible). She didn’t greet me whatsoever, not at the intercom or the window. The only thing she said was “you can order” .. However, I ordered a simple fish meal with 6 Mozzarella sticks and would you believe after several minutes of waiting for my food at the window I ended up with a chicken sandwich and 4 mozzarella sticks. Very disappointing after a long day of work and I would highly recommend not going to this particular Arby’s. Btw, yes she got the order correct on the receipt .. at least she did something right

Food has gotten worse each visit .will not come back .scared of getting sick .
