I don’t go often to Arby’s, but I did go yesterday. Mostly everything was burnt. I should have had my granddaughter cook for me. It was disgusting. Charge all this money for bad food.
Cashier was very friendly and nice
I pull up they said wait, and I waited for about 15 minutes and nothing. Lazy people you have working.
Male servers tend to be more patient, more friendly, and always get your order correct.

Ordered a chicken, bacon swiss with no honey mustard. Looks like she wanted to do the opposite because there was double honey mustard on it. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to take my order. Chicken bacon swiss is hardly worth the $7.29 your charging for it.
Guy working the drive thru window on 8/20 at 1:30pm with long dreads was fast and polite.
This Arby's handled my large order perfectly. Missing nothing and worked hard to get us out with our food quickly.
I have always been an Arby's fan. Unfortunately for me though, I recently received spoiled roast beef from my local restaurant. I have been totally turned off now and will not visit again.
The food was Ok, the processed roast beef wasn’t cooked nor was it hot the chicken chicken sandwich wasn’t fresh they were out of shredded lettuce this was a waste of $18.50 I won’t be back!!
I ordered online and got to the location and still had to wait.... the manager was great
