Food was fresh and good. Solid. Still spendy tho if not a special.

My husband ordered the Wagu burger with bacon, rueben French dip, and fish sandwich. After bringing it home to watch the BROWNS Game, he realized no bacon. My rueben was like eating a rubber band, I couldn't eat it, 2 bites, ugh. They did say they'd replace his burger, but Corporate was responsible for my rubbery sandwich..in other words out of Luck. IN THE PAST IT was do good. I'll never order that again. St .Patricks day.. We decided to try ruebens again, as before absolutely horrible.. The only thing the 16 year old manager could do is tell us that the meat is 3 1/2 ounces of meat, I guess it was 3,teaspoons of kraut... Corporate ought to get in tune with what's happening, yhe roast beef sandwiches are the any better.The quality has gone out the county! Happy St. Patrick's day...

Food was not done at all correctly. Human interaction ends at the speaker with no hello thank you or anything. Please pay some real employees.

Customer service was professional

I don't know what happened here. Food was always good. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a kids chicken nugget meal. The chicken sandwiches were so dry and tough,like they sat under a heat lamp all day,curly fries were soggy and cold,and the crinkle fries in the kids meal were hard and dry. All inedible,such a waste of money. Arby's,,,you lost a loyal weekly customer.
