Andrew & Rose Pollard founded A&R Bar-B-Q in 1983 as a fast food take-out restaurant. Over the years, it grew, providing customers the option of dining-in, as well as catering. For 38 years, A&R has been lauded as one of the best BBQ places in Memphis.
