Apsara Ice Creams

Had a very bad experience here very recently. I tasted a few flavors to decide which ice cream to take, I asked for Falooda flavor to taste and the seller there said something which indicated what is there to try in Falooda flavor? He was so arrogant when I asked if there are chocolate chips in this flavor saying "isme kaise chocolate chip rahega?". When I responded saying I was just asking, and he should behave when answering customers, the main in charge also joined to tell me how I was wrong..! If they do not have a decency to answer the queries of customers then why allow them to first taste? Very disappointed.

Innovation without compromise in quality is the reason I love Apsara. Not all the flavours make the cut but their experiments ensure I keep going for more. Their peach mango was a superb combination but I am told it didn’t tickle the taste buds of the masses. The Belgian bite is another excellent example of r&d. The asli mango is among the best mango ice creams you can get around. The runaway success guava is definitely not to be missed thought I felt that there is a definite change in the taste / flavour as compared to what I have had in the early days. Probably bull manufacturing does that. Every visit I find new flavours and I hope they continue to amaze with new experiments.

I didn't expect it would be so good.. Good taste, they have zero sugar variants too.. Price is on higer side but worth . All fresh fruit flavours really taste like fresh fruits..
