Apricot Stone is an Armenian restaurant, providing cuisine from Armenian, Syrian, and Middle Eastern origins. The kitchen is headed by Executive Chef Fimy Ishkhanian, who mastered her Middle Eastern recipes in her childhood family kitchen in Aleppo, Syria. Apricot Stone derived its name after an old Armenian fable of a mother giving away her daughter in marriage with the guidance to “be soft on the outside like the flesh of an apricot and on the inside as strong as it's stone”
