Applebee's Grill + Bar

Complete disappointment If you go by their menu prices, the food should be great We were 10 people half of us were OK with the food and the other half including myself not at all My oriental grill wrap and two others were just like they been sitting on the shelf for 24 hours at least. The chicken was tasteless and the cheese was dry hard Absolutely disaster. I was too nice to tell them that I didn’t like it and they never asked me why we left half of the sandwiches On top of that, they came up with a different surprise, without asking or telling us in advance The total bill was $331 the gratuity fee 59.58 before taxes and after taxes a BAIF fee of $26.48 So basically they’ve charged me almost $90 to serve me and be there And apparently that money goes directly to the owner and he doesn’t pay tax on that What happened to customer satisfaction and appreciation to be there Not worth the money is my final say

Very average food, huge portions. Crazy high prices. Nothing specific but the place just felt unclean and staff made some small mistakes too. Slow service.

Family friendly. Close to the hotels near the Fallsview Casino

Went for lunch with my fiance and buddy. It was a great time with excellent food! Our server Brian was very attentive with a great personality. Would 100% recommend! Oh and make sure to ask for Brian to serve you :)

Gedineerd bij Applebees. Restaurant was rond 20:15 uur rustig; aantal tafeltjes bezet. Werden vriendelijk ontvangen en naar een plaats begeleid. Moesten wel enige tijd op een kaart wachten en op de mogelijkheid om (drinken) te bestellen, terwijl het rustig was en er genoeg personeel liep. Uiteindelijk vriendelijk geholpen. Gekozen voor een hamburger en een biertje. Frank werd redelijk snel bezorgd en het eten volgde niet al te lang daarna. Eten was goed warm en de hoeveelheid was ook prima. Friet smaakte prima en de hamburger was ook goed op smaak. Bacon was heerlijk krokant gebakken. Enige nadeel aan de hamburger vonden wij de hoeveelheid vet die van de burger zelf afdroop. Zal iets lokaals zijn, maar niet zoals ik zelf gewend ben van hamburgers op andere plaatsen. Voor wifi werd verwezen naar het netwerk van het naastgelegen Oakes hotel, maar dat netwerk was niet zichtbaar of beschikbaar. $45 betaald voor een hamburger en een biertje (exclusief fooi). Auto hadden we elders geparkeerd, maar naar het restaurant is een parkeerplaats van Applebees. Onbekend wat de kosten zijn om dat te parkeren.

Terrible and very expensive food and drinks. First we ordered drinks $12 draft and $6 diet pepsi. Each ordered a Chicken Fajita Rollup plate. @ $26/each Flavourless boiled chicken in a soggy wrap with wilted lettuce served with cold fries. Server was busy with a large table (with a dog on the bench! YUCK) It may have been a service dog (dont think so) ...but it should be on the floor in any case! He dropped the drinks, ... then someone else brought the food. Never saw waiter again until we finally flagged him down for the bill. No refills on drinks (even if we could afford them!) Total bill for 2 lousy meals and 2 drinks was $85.43 Tourism tax not appreciated either (only $5.60) but too much!
