Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went lastnight for my birthday dinner and I was very disappointed. The service was slow and rude. We ordered our drinks then the food. When we got our food it was cold and still no drinks. The waitress was rude n slow..

We had a party of 10 people. The staff didn't want to take the time to arrange a table for all of us but after one of the staff told them what to do they did put the tables together but they got mad. After we got seated the staff continued to walk past us but never came to get drink orders or anything. My friends daughter was needing to take her medication and was needing a drink but got sick because they wouldn't take our order. We sit there for almost 30 mins then we got up and left and went to a different restaurant. There were other tables that had the same problem. We called management and they just made excuses that weren't valid. Will not go back till they get better staff!!!

Horrible service. Ordered food and drinks and everyone that came after us got served but us. Drinks and food never came.

Goodfood and friendly staff. Prices are decent compared similar eateries in Monroe La.

Came for my daughter’s birthday. We all froze it was so cold . The food took forever to come and everything was old. Will Not be returning.. very disappointed

Still at Applebee's now, been an hour and a half and still have not gotten my food yet, everyone else has already eaten and I am still waiting, they forgot to make my food,this sucks

Waitress took care of us and was friendly and very helpful. We were in and out and were checked on often. Food was amazing. Dessert was perfect. I haven't eaten at ANY Applebee's for over 5 years because of a very bad experience at one in Baton Rouge. This one I hope to stop by again. 10 stars.
