Applebee's Grill + Bar

If I could leave zero stars I would. Waitress spilled drinks on sister law. Didn’t even seem sorry about it. Sister in law cleaned up the mess and ice off carpet. Plates and forks that were brought to us were dirty and had hair on them. Gave them to manager at the bar since our waitress was nowhere to be found. Manager didn’t even care. Waited 45 minutes for food. Waitress did not come back between that time to check on refills. We had to go ask about our food twice. Bring out food out with attitude and we said we could use drink refills also. She stomps off and says well you wanted your food!!! We didn’t even eat our food we left. Manager was walking out wanting to know what was going on. We told her and she didn’t apologize or anything. Will NEVER go back

Don't seem to adhere to the hours they have listed on Google. Went after work at 10p on a Thursday to find them closed.

Sat at the bar since they closed one side of the restaurant and had no available booths. Sat down and waited at least 10 min with no assistance. Bartender said I'll be with you and then chatted with other people and made jokes about how she didn't know math and couldn't cash out another customer that was at the bar. (Only 2 other customers besides us at the bar) Still, we waited and hadn't even received a menu by this time. It seemed that they had only 1 waitress and 1 bartender for the entire restaurant. I would have understood if she at least brought us a menu and gave us a genuine greeting. We decided to leave, and I'm positive we will not return to this Applebee's.

Terrible experience. Bartender was slow. System was down Manger stated not my store not my problem. Went specifically for all you can eat and could not get that. But stayed anyways to enjoy.

It's decent. Not great not horrible

Man has this place went downhill. My biggest complaint is that we brought our child and told the waiter he didn't want chicken and broccoli alfredo, just Alfredo and noodles. He said oh yeah we can make that for you. When the bill came we were charged 15 dollars for the dish. He stated, even though we take off the chicken and broccoli we still charge the same price?!? He was very blunt and has no intention of caring or compromiseing the situation. I normally don't leave bad reviews when I generally receive good service, but I felt like I didn't matter to them on this day. Sad experience and may be a while I return, unless it is as the bar.

My server Kali was wonderful, couldn't ask for a better server and seevice!!!!

We came in for a party of 10, and kali was the only server and running bar in the restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect!!!! And her little country accent made us feel like we were right at home lol!! Will be recommending her to everybody and will definitely be requesting her when we come back! Roll tide girl!!!!!
