Apóla Greek Grill at the Galleria at Tyler Mall is located at the 2nd floor food court and is the new Greek Fast Casual Restaurant offering customers authentic Greek Gyro! In Greece, a Gyro served APOLA is typically in a pita with your choice of spread, tomatoes, red onions, and French fries (in the sandwich, not on the side!) but the customer can still fully customize it. That is what we aim for at APÓLA – we want you, our customers to have complete control over what goes in your sandwich, plate, or bowl or just order it APOLA! We are committed to providing you with a truly authentic Gyro experience. So authentic, that the butchers preparing our hand-stacked Gyro here in the United States were trained by butchers flown in from Greece!
