Ate here for my first time today and I was going to order my boyfriend food for his first time. Called a moment ago to speak with a staff member about food ingredients due to a food allergy and the girl on the phone was incredibly rude. when I said “thank you” she said “yup” and hung up on me, even though I was attempting to place an order. I attempted to call back but was immediately put on hold, won’t be coming back due to the terrible customer service. I’ve been a waitress for 15 years, I know how to handle customers even on my worst days, and this isn’t it.

We’ve been ordering for delivery for a long time. So disappointed this evening. The chicken parm was half the normal size. Still tasted great but feeling totally cheated.

My wife and I love this place. they were really busy on this visit and th top that off they were training new staff so things were a little slow when it comes to service, but it was still great. The food was awesome as always!

Antonio's remains our Wilmington favorite for pizza and other Italian dishes. Update: What happened Antonio’s? You’ve gotten stingy with ingredients and your pizza is no longer a good value. The $20 “cheese” pie we just bought had very little cheese. With so much competition I’m surprised (and disappointed) with this effort. They should take a lesson in “topping generosity” from Harris Teeter and their $12 everyday pizza.
