Rice + Milk + Cinnamon - We use premium rice from Lundberg Family Farms to make a cinnamon rice pudding base, similar to horchata, and blended to our signature creamy texture. Some say it tastes like milk after you eat a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch.

We use 9 pounds of pistachios in every batch and then blend into a smooth paste which gets turned into a creamy gelato. Once the gelato is prepared with add in more crushed, roasted pistachios.

We make a delicious banana cream gelato and layer in Nutella & salted caramel to create this banana-split-like gelato.

Our classic salted caramel gelato. Of course, we make our caramel in-house.

Chocolate 70% Gelato, a creamy and decadent treat mixed with rich flourless chocolate almond cake pieces and Nutella swirls

Our refreshing mint & lime sorbet. Tastes like a mojito or limeade.

We mix crimson cocoa gelato with white chocolate bark made with dehydrated strawberry dust.

Madagascar vanilla gelato with an almond sponge cake and homemade raspberry rosewater jam folded in.

This strawberry cream gelato uses nearly 10 pounds of strawberries in every batch. Then we drizzle in melted dark chocolate and let it freeze into little chocolate chunks in every bite.

Refreshing sorbet, made with 19 lbs of mango and 8 lbs of passion fruit per batch, offering the perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors.

Strawberry + Banana - One of our newest creations, this vegan gelato uses over 3 pounds of fresh peeled bananas and over 3 pounds of strawberries in every batch. It's been said this one tastes like a fresh made smoothie.
