A Valentine's Day spin on our classic brocade gelato. We make a raspberry jam in-house and add it to this chocolate lovers dream. It's a chocolate gelato made with 70% cacao chocolate, home made brownies (from scratch), and our in-house raspberry jam.

We mix crimson cocoa gelato with white chocolate bark made with dehydrated strawberry dust.

Raspberry + Rosewater - Crushed Velvet is a fragrant and delicate blend of raspberries and rose water. We use over 8 pounds of raspberries in every batch.

Caramel + Salt - Made with three pounds of homemade salted caramel in each batch, this salted caramel classic is one of our most popular fabrics.

Phin - Famous Saigon Coffee - Using the same technique they developed in their small town in Vietnam, it takes about four hours to brew a batch of their Famous Saigon Coffee using a proprietary blend of beans. This bold flavor will taste just like a cup of Vietnamese coffee from our friends over at Saigon Coffee.

We use wildflower honey to create a sweet gelato base & then swirl it with our in-house made blueberry jam.

Passion fruit + Thai Basil - We blended two iconic Vietnamese flavor profiles together to make this tart sorbet. It holds nearly 3lbs of passion fruit per batch and finds the perfect fruity and floral balance.

Lemon + Himalayan Salt - In celebration of the Lunar New Year, and inspired by chanh muôi we decided to make a salted lemonade flavor. We use 2.5lbs of freshly squeezed lemon juice along with lemon zest in the base of this creamy gelato and then add pink Himalayan salt.

Phở -For this very unique flavor, our chefs steep 7 different spices to make a Phở broth. You'll taste notes of Thai basil, coriander, cardamom, ginger, anise, and cinnamon all in one bite. This is the Phở-iest cup of gelato you'll ever try! It’s so Phở-ing good! It’s un- Phở-ing believable!

Milk Chocolate + Salted, Chocolate Covered Pretzels - For this brand new fabric, we coat GF pretzels in a combination of dark chocolate, brown butter, and salt, then mix generously into a milk chocolate gelato base. It’s like biting into a chocolate covered pretzel!

Strawberry + Banana - One of our newest creations, this vegan gelato uses over 3 pounds of fresh peeled bananas and over 3 pounds of strawberries in every batch. It's been said this one tastes like a fresh made smoothie. 

Rice + Milk + Cinnamon - We use premium rice from Lundberg Family Farms to make a cinnamon rice pudding base, similar to horchata, and blended to our signature creamy texture. Some say it tastes like milk after you eat a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch.
