The A2DC Water Hill line is where we park our most ambitious experiments. To make our Fernet, we sourced as many local products from farms right next door including rhubarb root, hibiscus flower, peppermint, spearmint, sage and others. These key elements, along with eleven other herbs and botanicals, creates a unique take on the traditional Italian Amaro. Both bitter and sweet, Water Hill Fernet is a delicious grain to glass post-dinner digestif, or as an ingredient in your favorite cocktails.
