rude and unprofessional staff. I would give this place a zero if i could. Anis's sweets hygiene is awful and katlamas and samosas and pakoras taste horrible. I have also ordered mitai and jalebi from here which did not taste good. Recently i made a mistake of going here. It was during the opening hours. When i entered the shop i saw a lady sweeping, and a worker was behind the counter. I asked him if i could be served, he simply said no in a rude way and walked through the back. The lady sweeping asked me do you need anything brother but based on the lack of good hygiene i have seen here in the past i did not believe she would wash her hands after sweeping so i said i am fine and i walked out.

Short of employee and very very slow service. 27/02/2024 my first visit here. I am not satisfied.

Got meat samosas were very under cooked, had a bad stomach since, wont be using this place again, before they used to have good quality food when they first opened but gradually quality of food has gone down as prices have gone up, defo a no go for meat samosas

After reading some negative reviews I was a bit sceptical about ordering from here, but thank god it wasn’t a bad experience… in fact I liked the food so much I will be going back again! The food was fresh it was far from stale like some of the reviews stated.. The katlamay are so nice, normally I am picky with the meat smell if it’s not cooked off well then I won’t eat it but it was so nice and so were the Samosas.. I tried meat and veg and both were delicious! I would rate 9/10.. only because the meat samosas could do with a bit more spice but they still tasted nice. I will be a returning customer

Food Poisining. Stale food not fresh too expensive not worth it.

Anis's provided us with a big box of veggie samosas with dips for a party. They were a pleasure to deal with and the samosas were top notch, very fresh and tasty. I'd definitely use them again. I can't comment on their other food but I visited the shop to collect our order and it was clean and bright. They were clearly providing a friendly, professional service to a diverse clientele.

Not really good to buy cakes and they never inform you truth how the fresh cake is was a regular customer but not now

Driving past and it looked inviting. Glad l did. It is a nice place and clean. It has the usual savoury classics such as samosas, pokoreh sheesh kebabs etc. Obviously it has a decent selection of mitai and it was nice. The price is right and the service was good. The husband and wife team are friendly and helpful. I would visit here again and l recommend this establishment to others.

I have bought some mixed mathai and a mathai basket the lady was very friendly she offered a samosa when I was waiting for my order geting ready was amazing customer service and best mathai place
