Nothing good about this place, had to wait 24 hours before I was loaded. I just came off of restart and did not need to be sitting for a day. The shipping department we're good people and did their job. This place is on my blacklist. I will never come back. And I know they don't care, that's exactly why I'm not coming back.

To be onest it wasn't that bad. Appointment at 2.00 pm came here at 2.25, almost 30 minutes to ceck in at the gate. They gave me a door right away, loaded by 6.40 pm. It could be worse so I give them a credit.

From I-64 East bound: Exit 40 L on Gratiot R on Broadway L on Lynch Follow truck signs to gate Slide tandems (open doors when mt) Everything is done with the kiosk and cameras. No guard comes out. Need 1/2 tank fuel to pu and 2 straps/Load Locks. There is a lot just before the gate you can stay in, but the staging lot inside is only for after check in. You can only check in 2 hours before your appointment time.

Place is a joke. Avoid like the plague if you can. Sorry if you're a company driver other than JB Hunt. Those kids got theirs pre-loaded in 45 or less no wait.
