Angel’s Catering was established on October 30th 1998, by Ms. Evelyn Clayton. She passed the business and skills down to her son Tony Posey, his wife Cathia Posey Together they created what is now known as Angel’s Soul Food & BBQ (Known for cooking the best fried chicken), the business is currently run by their daughter Toni posey. While still catering they also rent adult and children throne chairs and offer decorating for events.
