Andy's Frozen Custard

So excited when this location opened and wanted to give business. The first time right after opening was great but the subsequent visits have not been! The staff at this location is some of the rudest I’ve experienced. They act bothered by simple questions… literally had a girl roll her eyes to swipe a loyalty card! Messed up orders either no toppings or wrong toppings. Really wanted to give this location a chance but will drive to liberty location for much better service!

Jeremy was mad disrespectful. Shook his head and smacked his lips when I asked for extra toppings at the window. Couldn’t even finish serving me. Had to be helped by another lady who wouldn’t give me his the first time I asked for it.

Never received anything bad from Andy's. My grandson loves Andy's. My husband loves Andy's. I honestly don't know anyone who doesn't love Andy's! Everyone is so friendly and nice. I always recommend them!

They don't sell food here, only custard. Their custard is really good, but a large malt is like $7.50.

We usually go to the liberty location but decided to give this one a go since it's new, hardly any toppings in either of the 2 concretes we ordered so we probably won't be back to this one for a while.

I don’t normally post reviews but it was almost too comical to not post one since the last one sent me Ordered a strawberry Sunday with bananas (got pecans instead of bananas) Ordered root beer float (gave me a spoon that doesn’t fit through the lid) Ordered a small vanilla waffle cone. (got a waffle cone, just the cone)
