Andy's Frozen Custard

My wife may have to go to custard rehap.

The lady taking our order tonight was extremely rude and had an attitude from the minute we were “greeted”. After having to deal with her nasty attitude just to order our ice cream she got our order wrong.

Stopped by at 6:30 PM at the drive thru. Large line of cars and at the window. Crew looked busy but I got the wrong order. 2nd time in Feb. crew seems like they don’t know what they are doing. Won’t go back anytime soon.

So rude service.i thot it was just a one time thing like they had a bad day or something.not at all still rude ! You go to a place to treat your kids not a thank you or have a nice day .just shove your stuff threw the window. I should of save my $ that i work hard for .

Duh-Bomb

Awful. I waited in line all of 1 minute in the drive thru from placing my order and yet what I got was essentially cold soup. They handed me my order in a bag which I realized halfway home (a 5 minute drive) was leaking. I took the cup out of the bag and put it into my cup holder where it continued to melt and leak. Got my hands and my car incredibly dirty. Got home and half the ice cream was literally liquid.

Yummy.

Davon is likely the kindest most respectful person on the planet! Keep him around!
