Chef Andreas Kotsifos, known for his globally inspired cuisine, brings his concept to Allen, Texas. Chef Andreas has over 40 years of experience from Europe to Manhattan to Palm Beach and now Texas! He is well-known for his prime steaks and seafood. Since his time in Texas, Chef Andreas served as the Executive Chef at The Palm in Dallas, and also the Chef/Owner of the Across the Street Bistro in Corsicana. POLITE NOTICE For the comfort of all guests and to better deliver on our promise of a refined atmosphere, proper dress is required to enter the restaurant, bar, and lounge. Our smart casual dress code does not require jackets, although they are suggested. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry.
