horrible, they served us very badly at night, the person who was serving was very rude, in addition to being racist, we asked him for a recommendation of the house and he treated us badly for not knowing the menu, we complained and his response was even worse Saying : "they can't do anything to me, I'm the owner's daughter!!! Don't go to this bar, it's also expensive and racist.
Roxie is the best! Margaritas are great!
Roxanne is a thieve who drinks on the job while serving overpriced drinks, just because she thinks she can.. refused to give me a receipt or show me my itemized tab. Screamed at us then kicked us out we are locals and have been there many times. If Ana had some sense she would not allow Roxie to be behind the bar!! Maybe look at the cameras everyday to see her behavior and that she is drinking on the job!! Rude and unprofessional
Ordered 1 drink and they lost my credit card; offered no explanation and said plainly just call and replace your card. There was a $100 charge and $20 charge that they could not pay explain and acted like I was an inconvenience for asking for an explanation. Worst service ever and what kind of business routinely loses patrons credit cards and puts the burden of replacement on the patron without explanation or apologizing?
We had delicious margaritas and loved our conversation with our bartender. Ana's has a really cool old school bar atmosphere. We had fun throwing dollar bills and getting them to stick to the ceiling. We are from Michigan but we'll definitely be back.
F to the F YA frfr Much beauty. Many heart. All love!
Charged my daughter's card$ 283.00 and refused to give an itemized account for their drinks..my daughter asked again. The bartender threatened to call police and kicked them and locked the door and put a chair in front of the door. All in front of the usual patrons. We are Napans and my children and the Grandchildren are Napans. It's a shame that we believe this happens to the tourists that come to enjoy our valley
Walked in and a nice lady started talking to us about the history of the building and the business. Turned out to be Ana. Her daughter Roxy made me one of the best margaritas I’ve ever had as well as an incredibly delicious hot dog. This place is so alive with cool stories and feels like a true mom and pop bar. 10/10 will always pop in when I’m here.
Been going for years. A classic dive bar
