Aged in freshly-dumped French puncheons for 12 months using Big Red Peaches from Springs Farm in Fort Mill, SC.

Sour honey saison brewed with 100% local triticale and barley from Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham and Carolina honey from Honey's Honey in Fort Mill, SC. Aged for 12 months in neutral wine barrels. Brewed in collaboration with our friends over at Wooden Robot Brewery in Charlotte.

A nod to Eastbound and Down, this sour underwent primary fermentation in our oak foedre, then was transferred into our chianti cask with 250 pounds of plums from Concord's Barbee Farms where it aged for 9 months.

A cherry sour that was brewed in April 2018 using a Sour Cherry Funk strain from Omega Yeast. It was aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 16 months, then finally aged for 30 days on Balaton cherries from King Orchards in Michigan.
