Amigo's Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar

I had the worst experience at Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar Peabody in the mall. The worst Mexican food I have ever had. I ordered an avocado salad with shredded chicken. My friend ordered fajitas with steak and chicken. We sat at the bar around 6:00. We were the only folks at the bar. Skinny Margarita was ok. But….the salsa was watery and flavorless. I wanted to leave after waiting 20 min. They missed the mark when only half of the fajita came with no meat and no tortillas. The bartender was gone for 20 min to get the fajitas. By that time he came back it was clear to me that the kitchen had problems. Then I got my salad with warm lettuce and no dressing, (they forgot to put the dressing on) with a big mound of lukewarm shredded chicken. It was served by one of the staff members. I showed the bartender, who was really nice, my plate and he was horrified. He immediately took it back. I did not order anything else. I asked him what the deal was and he told me it was the kitchen. Never will I ever eat there again. Inedible!

Excellent foods and great value. The table comes with free chips and salsa dipping.

Poor service. Wait was very long to get our orders or the food. Food did not taste very good. Soup was very salty. Very unlikely that we will go there again.
