Service horrible . Le serveur étais tellement bête et j’ai demandé une entré que je n’ai pas aimé et je voulais la changer pour autre chose ayant pris seulement une bouchée. Il m’a regardé comme si j’étais stupide et a refusé. Je ne recommande ce restaurant a personne. POUR RÉPONDRE À LA RÉPONSE DU RESTAURANT AYANT COMME RAISON LE BIEN ÊTRE DES CLIENTS ET LES NORMES DE SANTÉ. C’est absolument irrespectueux de donner cette raison. Je n’ai JAMAIS vu de bons restaurants refuser de changer un plat qu’un client n’a pas aimé à moins d’avoir tout ou presque tout mangé. Je n’avais pris qu’une bouchée. Ayant été dans le service à la clientèle pour des restaurants haut de gamme. Les normes de santé nous ont jamais arrêté pour échanger un plat qu’un client n’a pas aimé. Il n’y a aucune norme qui justifierait de le refuser. Vous ne vouliez simplement Pas perdre de l’argent! 10$ pour une patate bouilli coupée en morceaux c’est absurde!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Amazonas and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff and seated promptly at my table. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with beautiful decor and soft lighting that created a warm and welcoming ambiance. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with something for everyone, and the presentation of the food was absolutely stunning. I decided to start with the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I chose the stired lomo with onions and tomatoes, which was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. The sides were equally delicious, with a flavorful quinoa salad. But what really set Amazonas apart for me was the service. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was seamless from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend Amazonas to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Food is ok . ..and price a bit 2 much for what it is. Lets say i won't be going anytime soon...costumer service not really there...
