Delicious soup/stewed, traditional dish from the Dominican Republic.
It is made with meats (thick sliced & chunks) Pork, hem or chicken, beef, smoke pork chop & sausage. Root vegetables: Green plantain, cassava, carrots, potatoes, kabocha squash & yautia blanca. It is traditional to served with white rice, & avocado but it's great by itself and it's even better next day.
