Altitudes Bistro

Our lunch here was very nice! I remember we had some sweet potatoes as appetizers, and 2 main courses. Our server was super kind, unfortunately we didn’t have dessert because the one we wanted was finished, but I believed it was very yummy! Thanks for having us! The view was stunning

I live in Vancouver and have been coming to restaurant for many years, and I always liked it. However recently I’ve had horrible experience with the service, three times in a row within the last 2 months. The waitress who was hosting us was quite rude, impatient with a very unprofessional attitude. It was everything opposite to “service”. At some point towards the even though she had made a few mistakes including in the bill she was talking in a very aggressive tone, as if I had made a mistake. I was so calm and quite speechless I must say. I really suggest for the restaurant to assess this situation. The person who hosted us was on Sunday late afternoon shift.

We ate the worst fries, the worst soup and the worst pasta of our lives there. They just have an excellent location. That's it. We went there 2 times and both times we were disappointed with food.

The food quality has declined. I got a fish and chips and it was very oily and I co I’m couldn’t eat it. And sent it back.

Very disappointed We ordered kids pizza was burnt the bottom bread. Burger patty tasted burnt. Beer tasted good. We were here on jan 14 2024 after i saw they hired new chef

I used to look forward to going to altitudes after a day skiing, the chicken wings were phenomenal! (Differen sauces to choose from, blue cheese sauce that was smooth, big wingns with enough meat on them) I went back last week and they have changed everything. They’ve changed them to wings which have barely any meat so they ended up dry and tough to eat, they are now salt and pepper but it was basically just unflavoured wings with a sprinkle of salt on them… and the blue cheese dip had lumps in it so half of the ramekin was usually as a dip. Price has increased 4 dollars which would have been okay if they hadn’t changed them but I wouldn’t pay half that now. Very very disappointing, they used to be the best chicken wings in Vancouver! The service was good though just to mention but I won’t be back as I only went for the wings.
