      The brew team set out to make a high-quality lager using German Pilsner malt, German hops and German yeast. At a crushable 4.3%, you’ll be drinking like a brewer. No frills, fruits or gimmicks – just a nice, balanced beer to drink anytime, anywhere.

      Mexican-Style Lager - 5% ABV A simple, relaxed Mexican-style lager brewed with flaked maize, noble hops and a strain of yeast known to ferment a myriad of brews from our friends to the south. A classic spicy nose with a hint of corn mimics driving past your local tortilleria with the windows down. Aged in the folder for 2 months which will give a small amount of oakiness as the beer warms.

      Golden Ale - 5.0% ABV This clean, golden ale gives you malt of the nose with hints of fruit on the back end. Flavor-friendly to most palates and drinks more like a lager than an ale. We use classic noble hops in the boil to keep this beer a traditional mainstay on our menu.

    • Hopular Kid

      Pale Ale - 6.5% ABV Classic pale ale that is quite complex when it comes to aroma and flavor. Fermented with a fruit-forward ale strain to compliment the bevy of hops used in both the boil and the fermenter. Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic team up to give it characteristics of melon, stone-fruits and lemon. Some may call it tropical. We call it Hopular Kid.

      Hazy IPA - 6.5% ABV Dry-hopped with the gold standard combo of Mosaic and Citra and an extra oomph of Idaho 7, Ambigram delivers a strong orange and tangerine aroma. Although no actual fruit went into this beer, the brewing method gives it a juicy character. It's got just the right amount of sweetness, while still reminding you that it is in fact an IPA.

      India Pale Ale - 7% ABV A bright and dank IPA that gives you lots of piney and resinous aromas from its generous dry-hopping of Simcoe and Citra. The flavor is designed to be clean but gives some fruit-like characteristics from the yeast strain and middle hop additions.
