Alpha Omega Grill & Bakery

Alpha Omega opened in June 2016 and is located in Waco's historic downtown district. In the 50's, the original building was a transmission shop. After investing hard work and time, the building was transformed to its original style with a long narrow design. Alpha Omega's kitchen is visible from the seating area, allowing guests to experience the food being made, Fresh pita bread, pastries made daily will entice customers to try a variety of classic and updated Mediterranean dishes. With a self serve style, the customer is able to choose a long neck beer or a nice wine to pair with their meal. Customers can enjoy a gyro while dining either inside or outside on our patio area in view of the historic Alico building lights.
