Made with hand cut, fresh apples, baked right on top of our vanilla flavored, plain cheesecake and finished with a drizzle of home made caramel, this is by far one of the best New York Style Cheesecakes in our shop. The apples we are using are either Fuji or Honey Crisp. Baked together with the cake, they bring a light, refreshing flare to the recipe. The made from scratch butter cookie used as a crust is completing the balance of flavor and textures, turning this into a perfect classic cheesecake. For allergies reason this recipe does not contain nuts. A slice of this cheesecake is an 8th part of a large pie (170g) and is just the right portion of dessert for one person.
