Large piece of fried chicharrones (flour dough and seasonings deep fried with an orange color) topped with your choice of one/two or all of these options: beans/meat/cheese then fully loaded with your choice of toppings (shredded cabbage, Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, green chili sauce).

*Returns this summer!* Hot steamed corn on the cob on a stick prepared the way you like it. Typically comes with a skim coat of mayonnaise, cojita cheese crumbles, and Tajin spice blend (not spicy), can add Valentina (semi-spicy) sauce if wanted.

Three Soft tortillas dipped in red chili guajillo sauce and fried on the grill then stuffed with your choice of chicken, beef, Al pastor pork, carnitas or black beans add cheese if you like. Then top with your choice of toppings. Sold 3 for $12 as one order.

A large soft roll split and toasted on the grill then avocado and black beans spread of opposite sides of the bread, topped with or without slow cooked meat, cheese, shredded cabbage, sour cream and green spicy chili sauce if you wish.

A large special soft roll sliced and dipped in red guajillo sauce then fried on the grill lightly then filled with your choice of meat/beans/cheese and topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, Mexican cheese, sour cream and spicy green chili sauce. Messy and delicious!

Tortillas filled with cheese and slow cooked meat/beans of your choice are left to sizzle on the flat top until the cheese gets nice and melty. Served with toppings of your choice! Sold 3 for $12 as one order.
