  We use 100% pistachio paste from the small city of Bronte in Sicily. This little town is famous all around the world for its sweet and flavorful pistachio nut. We use a pistachio paste directly imported from Italy and pistachios from California which we roast and process in house, fresh every morning when we make our gelato. This is seriously one of our best flavors.
