Aliya

Aliya is a cocktail den on the rooftop of Hotel Indigo Williamsburg. Complimenting the beverage program is a culinary journey through the Caribbean by Chef Scotley Innis. The experience at Aliya is inspired by Epicurus, the Greek philosopher who emphasized the importance of simple and moderate pleasures such as friends, books, and the enjoyment of good food.
