Alings Chinese Bistro

Alings, pronounced “Aa-Lings” has created a delectable cuisine which depicts the Chinese cultural heritage. In the 1940’s a large population of Chinese people immigrated to India and across the globe, as the Chinese people travelled they integrated cooking techniques and ingredients from the cuisine of other cultures. Alings dishes encapsulates this cultural blend using Indian ingredients which are sautéed in a wok and cooked in our very own in-house crafted sauce. Our aromatic and savory cuisine is prepared with fresh cilantro, ginger, garlic, onion and chilies creates an intense flavor which we hope you love as much as we do.
