A L I C E blue is a New American Bistro & Bar located in the Houston Heights, featuring seasonal cuisine in a modern yet comfortable setting. We offer approachable wines that are selected to pair with our food, as well as handcrafted cocktails from our full bar. Our story begins with an iconic color "Alice Blue," which was made famous by Alice Roosevelt Longworth in the early 1900s. We have brought it to life in our space to create a warm and welcoming neighborhood dining destination. Our food philosophy is a belief in classic cooking from scratch. We focus on making everything by hand with the best ingredients and with a lot of heart to provide memorable meals for our guests.
