Customer service is worst. Took more then 2hrs to deliver biryani in 1km distance.

Worst experience ever just because they are famous around this area and they don’t care about the customer service.

Just because they are famous they don't care for customer service .. take almost 2 hr to deliver your food even ur adress is within 1km

This was one of the only options I could find within walking distance from my hotel available for food late at night. Service was questionable but then again I can't speak Hindi and they can't speak English well. Not a problem as for a very good price, I came away with an order of biryani and chicken fry. I was surprised at how good the food was. (The adjacent momo stall was also quite good for take away...70 rupees for a nice order of momos.)
