Alexandra’s Pizza Grafton Street - Downtown Halifax

I placed a delivery about two and a half weeks ago and my order came wrong. I called back and the girl put the manager on who said he would leave me a credit for next time. ( I would’ve just preferred to have a new correct item brought but settled for the credit) I call today to use my credit and am told there is no credit and that the manager wasn’t there that day so he couldn’t help me. He then says he’ll call his manager and see what he says. A different man comes on the phone claiming to be the manager saying credits expire in 2 weeks. I ask if he’s the one I spoke to that night and asked for his name and he said “ I don’t have to tell you that “ as clearly he was pretending to be the manager. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. Poor customer service
