Alexander's Prime Meats and Catering is located in Howie's Market in San Gabriel. We are family owned and operated. All our beef is prime. We are one of the very few real butcher shops that bring in carcass beef. We Dry-age the prime carcass beef in our coolers for at least 21 days. This makes already delicious cuts of meat even more tender and juicy! We have a full service counter bringing you the freshest seasonal seafood and Free range poultry.
