Alba Ristorante, located in Hotel Granduca, brings northern Italian cuisine to Houston diners in a setting that blends Old World with a new beginning. Renowned developer Giorgio Borlenghi and award-winning Chef Maurizio Ferrarese combined their hospitality talents with designer Kara Childress’ flair to introduce Houston patrons to Alba Ristorante in Hotel Granduca. Accessible from the hotel and outside, Alba will feature pasta, seafood dishes, and more from northern Italy cuisine. Ferrarese, known for his risotto and truffle dishes, will bring his signature dishes including black truffle and scallops to the menus.
