Our Key lime dessert can be ordered 2 ways, with the traditional graham cracker crust or gluten-free with our house-made shortbread crust. Either of the crusts is topped with our white chocolate key lime Alaska Silk and white chocolate curls. This dessert had been sold by Neiman Marcus for the past 33 years, that is until they filed bankruptcy and we decided to cut ties with them because we are such a small company. Most Creme Brulee cheesecakes are just a New York cheeescake with sugar caramelized on top. Ours is a cheesecake that was designed to be baked with our Alaska Silk white chocolate. It is 50% our own signature cheesecake batter and 50% our white chocolate Alaska Silk. Our Creme Brulee cheesecakes can be purchased with our house-made gluten-free chocolate cookie crumbs or our house-made gluten-free shortbread crust.

Our house-made pecan and caramel crust has a center on it of our white chocolate caramel mousse. The mousse is criss crossed with our artisan caramel. The mousse is encapsulated with our white chocolate Bourbon cream "Alaska Silk". Our artisan caramel is swirled throughout the top. This dessert is a bourbon lovers delight!

This fabulous dessert begins with our gluten-free toasted almond/anise biscotti. A Limoncello "Alaska Silk" white chocolate cheesecake batter is topped with our "Alaska Silk" Grand Marnier and finished with white chocolate curls.

Now this is a lemon lovers' delight. It is baked upside down. Our signature polenta/almond flour cake is topped with the traditional brown sugar, butter, and Meyers lemon slices. Once it is baked and cooled, we place our white chocolate "Alaska Silk" Meyers lemon cream silk on it. This dessert is not only unique but oh so flavorful!

Who doesn't love a turtle? I don't know anyone and this is NO exception. A caramel and turtle base is topped with a layer of our house-made ganache. The center layer is our original dark chocolate "Alaska Silk" that is topped with another layer of ganache, roasted pecans, and Yukon Jackson's "FABULOUS" artisan caramel!

Blood Orange and raspberry make this a dessert you'll never forget. We have taken raspberry puree and swirled it throughout the blood orange white chocolate "Alaska Silk" cheesecake batter. This decadent cheesecake is baked on our signature chocolate fudge truffle cake and it too is gluten-free.

Did you know that tiramisu means "Pick me Up"? This pick me up dessert begins with our Almond/Anise biscotti topped with espresso dark chocolate silk. A layer of our Marsala "Alaska Silk" mousse has a layer of gluten-free shortbread crumbs that have soaked with brandy and espresso. Another layer of the Marsala mousse with a sprinkling of chocolate shavings makes this dessert a one-of-a-kind not to be missed. It was a Neiman Marcus Exclusive for 8 years and now it's back to the original owner, Alaska Silk Pie Co.

Our house made gingerbread is filled with our spiced Granny Smith apples, a white chocolate Alaska Silk vanilla mousse is placed on top. It is finished with our Artisan Yukon Jackson's house-made caramel.

Our milk chocolate mini cups are filled with white chocolate Alaska Silk vanilla cream. Yukon Jackson's artisan caramel is topped with Salt Works sea salt. This is a 4 Pack of pure deliciousness!

If you've had Bananas Foster at your favorite restaurant, this one is a close 2nd. We make the bananas just like they do tableside with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, a hint of lemon for balance and of course Meyers dark Rum and organic fresh bananas. Our Alaska Silk white chocolate vanilla mousse, that tastes just like ice cream is placed on top of the bananas with a gluten-free shortbread base. All this is glazed with a white chocolate banana glaze and decorated with white chocolate shavings and caramel. THIS IS ONE NOT TO BE MISSED!
