Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Brooklyn

I’ve been here a few times, and it always has good service…today was no different. They lost 1 star since the first thing we tried to order they were out of. The second thing we ordered, there was only enough left for 1 serving so we got 1 of something else. This was surprising since it was an early show. The server was extremely apologetic and ended up comping our drinks for the inconvenience, so that was a plus. Otherwise, I love Alamo. Especially since T-Mobile offers $5 tickets to some movies there. Comfy seats with a lot of space.

Train stopped abruptly and made me late — out of my control. I switched to an expensive Uber ride , and after all that Alamo staff didn’t let me in . Staff was inflexible and unadaptable; letting me in would have been no inconvenience to any patron in the theater ; im super quiet , and Ive been here many times before and know how to order. it wouldn’t have been a disturbance at all. I cant understand why you can’t just let people in late and tell them to enter quietly. No one is late on purpose. It’s a lose lose for everyone. Alamo loses money and gets bad reviews and customers have their night ruined. Who is that helping?

Really nice movie theater. Great surround sound system customer service very good and the food not bad at all
