Akita sushi began in the early weeks 2014 after three year of making sushi for friends and family. We had inspired from all the positive feedback we received from loved ones and from small events. We took part in our local church events annually. After working as a sushi chef at various restaurants I gained plenty of experience, that was key when creating a delicate cuisine such as sushi. My talents landed me an amazing opportunity as Head chef at Blushrawbar, I have decided to create my own unique amazing sushi Experience accompanied by co-funder of AKITA SUSHI Salomon we are anxiously waiting to completely satisfy all sushi lovers expectations and even more.
