Abe’s Waffles (formerly Abe's Honeycuspe/honeycuspe) is a family owned food truck (new owners as of Jan 1, 2023) and proudly presents its unique waffles to the Olympia region and surrounding areas. We use a special oven imported from the most renowned waffle iron manufacturers in Belgium to craft our light on the inside and crispy on the outside waffles. We offer a creative selection of both savory and sweet waffles, including a few varieties of chicken and waffles, as well as make your own options. We are happy to be partnered with the award winning, locally owned Olympia Coffee Roasters for our drip coffee and cold brew offerings, as well as a few other local vendors that make products we use on or in our waffle toppings.
