Abby Jane Bakeshop launched its Dripping Springs location in Jan 2021. Owner Abby Love and team serve up a selection of baked goods featuring heritage grains grown in Texas and freshly-milled by our next-door neighbor, Barton Springs Mill. Expect crusty sourdough breads, breakfast biscuits, slices of quiche, and an array of sandwiches, in addition to seasonal pastries and sweet treats. Meanwhile, our cafe bar offers locally roasted coffee and loose-leaf tea alongside kid-friendly and boozy local beverages.
