ABAITA means in both North Italian Dialect and Hebrew language “the home”. The logo is the very union between those two identities. Our vision for ABAITA is to create a place where people will enjoy to come together, hang out and create. We work in an open kitchen, with a wood burning oven, different techniques and seasonal ingredients. All to create handmade fresh food and bring warmth and exciting flavors to the table.
