Our Cold Brew is a custom blend made specifically to pair perfectly with the cold brew brewing method. It has rich notes of chocolate, praline, and stone fruit.

The Colombia Planadas Tolima Sugarcane Decaf is a regional selection of coffees produced in the Planadas region of the Department of Tolima. Once thoroughly prepared and quality-tested, the proper amount of caffeine is removed using an ethyl acetate solvent. This alcohol-based solvent is produced by the company Sucromiles of Palmira (Valle State in Colombia). It is a natural solvent, obtained by controlled fermentation of sugarcane molasses, and refined to the highest degree of purity. (99.9%)

This espresso blend was curated to be rich, sweet, and complex. It plays well with milk, but it can certainly withstand the scrutiny of a refined palate all on its own.

Our latest Costa Rican offering comes from the Santa Maria de Dota region and is processed and imported by our friends at Hacienda La Minita, who have been producing incredible Costa Rican coffees for decades!This washed process coffee is grown between 1200 and 1900 meters above sea level and features a round body with great acidity and juicy fruit notes. In the cup, we taste toffee, cherry, and coffee blossom honey.

Tasting notes of Kiwi, Toasted Almond, & Candied Orange. This single origin coffee is from Finca la Roma, situated in Gaitania. The coffee is produced by the brothers Emanuel and Valentin on their farm situated at 1920 MASL in Tolima, Colombia. Working with their own farm as well as their neighbors the brothers produce unique coffees and are in the process of expanding their new wet facility in order to expand their current offerings.

For us, coffee is about relationships. These relationships throughout the supply chain are the foundation 8th & Roast is built on, and this coffee from our friends at Finca Concepción Buena Vista in Chimaltenango, Guatemala is one we're extremely proud of.
