787 mofongo is a food truck located in Orlando, FL. Its owner has more than 40 years of experience in Puerto Rican food, mainly in the preparation of Carne Frita con Mofongo. Juan, the owner of 787 Mofongo, was the co-founder of Los Gorditos restaurants in Puerto Rico with his grandfather Don Alonso Rios. Years later Juan Ayala founded the Casa Mofongo restaurants in Puerto Rico and Florida. 787 Mofongo is the best food truck in the area, that's what our loyal customers call it.
