Good product but when you go Inside they don't even look at you and don't bother to take your order. You just stand there like an idiot for 5 minutes before you finally leave.

I ordered two Vietnamese iced coffees and they were both overflowing with ice. Majority of the drink was ice and only a small portion was coffee. I basically paid almost $6 for ice. Also, the cashier there was very dismissive. I said thank you and she didn't say anything.

Short stafff takes long in drive thru and in person. What’s worse is you can walk in and stand at the counter, cashiers walk pass don’t bother to acknowledge you. They finish what they’re doing then say how can I help . Then have nerve to ask for tip for a 6 dollar coffee that I had to wait for a long time
