After I got in the drive-thru one of the girls said “avocado” to one of the other girls. I asked what that meant and she said it’s a code word we use to tell someone to pull up. I’ve never heard of this and it makes no sense. The 1st girl taking my order walked off in the middle of taking my order to intentionally be rude.. A 2nd girl walked up and (disingenuously) asked if I had been helped. She then started to take my order and before I finished my order she told me to pull up and walked off. After I pulled to the front the girl knowing what just happened asked me if I got a drink she knew I didn’t order. I drove off. Unsavory girls who will do whatever they’re told are a dime a dozen. What miserable low quality people. This is a trickle-down effect that starts at the top. AVOID 7brew coffee. Their smoothies are corn syrup which will earn you a triple bypass, and their coffee is terrible and overpriced. There is a Tropical Smoothie and Smoothie King literally right down the street which have healthy high quality options. Also, on their webpage it literally says “experience the best coffee in Louisville.” If this is the best coffee in Louisville, Taco Bell is our best Mexican restaurant. AVOID 7brew!

Before doing business with any 7brew do yourself a favor and read the employee reviews on indeed. This is one drive-thru you want to avoid. Their business model revolves around charging more than competitors so customers will think it's better. They also treat their employees terrible, and are rude to select customers. $9.60 for 1 coffee and your going to ask me for a tip? I wasn't dropped on my head that many times.

So glad to have a 7 Brew closer to the house. Everyone is friendly and the drinks are great.

I can’t say enough good things about 7Brew. I’ve visited multiple locations in Louisville and the vibe and customer service is always amazing, this location is no different. The rewards are awesome and I got a free shirt just for visiting today!

I have visited this location a few times and every time, I was greeted and helped within a minute of me pulling up. The staff was very friendly, polite, welcoming and had a positive attitude. The drinks had a lot of flavor and reasonably priced compared to Starbucks or the coffee chains. I will be back!

Not sure why it got some bad reviews this place is great every time. Free shirts are a bonus!
