Looking for a balance of acidity, fruit, and a hint of tannic grip, Babycheeks is a blend of thicker-skinned, warm-climate varietals: Malbec, Tannat, and Cabernet Franc. This blend from the Applegate and Rogue Valley showcases notes of underripe strawberry, rose, almond, wet stone, yellow cherry, yellow plum, pink apple all with floral sensibility. Crisp and structured, Babycheeks pairs nicely with anything off of the grill, as well as complementing light courses, and light conversations.

      50% Chardonnay, 33% Vermentino and 17% Muscat While visiting our vineyards in Southern Oregon, we had time to enjoy the open skies at night. The expanse of the universe was before us, with Cassiopeia stationed overhead. The next day, we visited Layne Vineyard to check in on our Vermentino and Muscat. Chardonnay was also available, by the luck of the stars it seems, and Twinkle, Twinkle was born.Previously made as a skin-contact wine, we were curious to see how it would behave as a white; turns out- immensely enjoyable! The Muscat is well integrated and shows a little bit of floral notes on the aroma, the Vermentino presents itself in the finish, which is a bit more like lemon pith, and the Chardonnay adds body and structure. Notes of orange blossom, Asian pear and oceanic brine are complimented by a silky mouthfeel and a kick of brisk saline.

      Pinot Noir (92%); Pinot Meunier (8%)Our flagship red made to please a crowd, the 2022 Vin de Days Rouge is the product of the absolutely lovely vintage that 2022 is proving itself to be. The fermentation method yields a vibrant, crunchy, bright red fruit profile with high-toned aromas of red and black cherry, cran-raspberry and lavender. The pallet is brambly, earthy and wild, with blackcap raspberries, clean mulch, black plum and sweet thyme drifting up from the glass. Flavors like hibiscus tea and strawberry fruit leather play in the background. A crisp and refreshing finish brings you back to the glass again and again. Dangerously drinkable is the most appropriate description of this wine.

      25% Dolcetto, 75% GamayOur introductory 2021 Infinite Air Castles is a new addition to our portfolio. Like most of our wines, this began as an idea, a daydream or an air castle. Travels in France and Italy have provided much fuel for our daydream fires and Gamay and Dolcetto are both varieties that have traditionally been viewed as more humble and approachable in their home regions. We love their lively and fun personalities and look at this wine as an international party of salt-of-the-earth people. On the nose it is rosy floral and fruity with strawberries (wild, Hood, and jam) as well as grilled plums, dark berries, obsidian minerals, petrichor, and summer forest. The palate reflects the nose and brings along bright juicy acid, a plush and velvety mid palate, and a long firm structure. Great with a chill as a summer red accompaniment to anything off the BBQ, and will work well with late summer and early autumn as the nights become cooler.

      100% Pinot NoirDeep Blue is a blend of seven biodynamic or organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley; Cassin, Roshni, Johan, Momtazi, Nemarniki, Finnigan Hill and Claygate. The vineyards and barrels we selected were chosen for their deeper, blue and black fruit attributes, as well as their lush and silky textures. Think blueberry pie with baking spices, unsweetened cocoa powder, dark cherry, black raspberries, and summer in a conifer forest. We used 30% whole clusters to give the wine a good tannic structure, and the ample acid shows good promise for aging prospects.A portion of the profits of Deep Blue will be donated to Oregon Kelp Alliance, an organization who promotes the restoration of our oceans and creation of sustainable, carbon capturing food, through providing support to small kelp and shellfish farms along the Southern Oregon coast. It is important to us to continually offer wines that can promote and support causes we believe in.
